Your life experience is determined in every moment by the Law of Attraction, and the LOA works for you according to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is made up of your primary thoughts and habitual ways of thinking. What you believe, expect, and think about the most is what will come to fruition in your experience.
Many people find this notion a little scary, primarily because they do not have control of the way they think and feel. However, when you do regain control of your mental attitudes and primary thinking habits, you will find that you also have the power to control your life however you choose it to unfold.
There is just one thing it this world that you have one hundred pc control of, and it is your power of choice . You cannot control each circumstance in your life, but you can control how you react to those circumstances. What is actually superb is that when you begin using your power of preference you really begin to regain total control over all of the other areas of your life.
When you decide to respond negatively to a negative scenario, you give forceful, emotional thought to it. Your subconscious will pick up on this message and it’ll bring you more of the same. But when something that is regarded as negative happens, you have got the power to select to react in a positive way, and that’s a choice which will have profound effect on your life.
So what happens then? Well rather then sending negative messages to your subconscious, you reprogram it with the new, more positive way that you handled the situation. Because of this you subconscious replies not by bringing you more adversely, but with more harmonious and pleasing eventualities.
See, the difficulty with the way the majority make decisions is that they aren’t truly making a choices in any way. Sure they might feel that they’re in control, but they don’t seem to be. We are creatures of regular habit, and almost all of the choices that we believe that we make are not choices but preprogrammed responses.
When you act and think in a habitual way, you aren’t using your most powerful resource. To get control you just need to be conscious of the choices that you make ion each moment. By refraining from your habitual patterns and pondering how you need to react, you begin to recover control of your thoughts, actions, habits, and you entire future.
